My native language is not English

The presentation
Our native language is not English‭. ‬Our native language is Arabic‭. ‬We had difficult time when we began learn our second language that is English‭. ‬In that time we got trouble to learn because many thing which are‭; ‬I did not know the differences between subject and verb agreement‭, ‬sound the same‭, ‬pronouns some words‭, ‬and using verb tens‭.‬

Subject and verb agreement:
"The subject and verb must agree in number: both must be singular, or both must be plural. Problems occur in the present tense because one must add an -s or -es at the end of the verb when the subjects or the entity performing the action is a singular third person: hesheit, or words for which these pronouns could substitute.

Notice the difference between singular and plural forms in the following examples:"(1)

The bird does migrate. (It does)Those birds do migrate. (They do)
Sound the same:
"If you read through a paper you've written and notice that you've written sentences in a single, short pattern, ask yourself the following questions. Your answers can help you revise the sentences to express your ideas more clearly and to add variety to your paper".(2)
  • Do adjacent sentences contain the same subject and/or the same verb?If so, you can combine two or more short, simple sentences in a single, concise sentence.


    • Join the sentences by omitting a repeated subject.
      OriginalRadio advertisements are broadcast daily or weekly. Radio advertisements reach a wide audience.
      RevisionRadio advertisements are broadcast daily or weekly and reach a wide audience.
    • Join the sentences by omitting repeated subjects and verbs and by using adjectives.
      OriginalThe city council conducted a study of public transportation. The study was lengthy. The study was detailed.
      RevisionThe city council conducted a lengthy, detailed study of public transportation.
    • Join the sentences by omitting repeated subjects and verbs and by using adverbs.
      OriginalThe negotiators worked to gain approval for the contract. The negotiators worked at a steady pace. However, they worked slowly.
      RevisionThe negotiators worked steadily but slowly to gain approval for the contract.
In conclusion: 
Learning a new language is not difficult. However,there are some rules in each language that's not the same as your language. We should now the grammar of English to be better in this language .
